As to phronetic leadership, there are 6 abilities to foster phronesis, namely, 1) ability to make judgment on goodness 2) ability to create Ba 3) ability to grasp the essence of particular situations/things 4) ability to articulate the essence 5) ability to exercise political power (with energizing rhetoric) and 6) ability to foster phronesis in others. In terms of social innovation, we can refer to Drucker’s perspectives on innovation of 7 opportunities which are the system to purposely and consciously create innovation. 7 opportunities are to 1) utilize unexpected successes and failures 2)  find gaps 3) find needs 4) be aware of changes in the industrial structure 5) pay attention to the changing demographic structure 6) understand changes in perception 7) utilize new knowledge…
