The requirements of a good organization can be enumerated as clear, precise & inspiring objectives, opportunity to help shape objectives tactically, autonomy, diverse, strong leadership, teamwork, collective leadership, empowerment, joy of work, encouragement and fairness. On the individual level, finding a ‘gig’ is a prerequisite to create a new idea by asking yourself ‘what am I good at?’, ‘what does the organization need?’ and ‘what do I want to be known for (where do I want to make difference?’. Innovative ideas are born from analyzing attributes, benefits and desires. In general, waves of disruption occurs as generation changes because none makes a successful jump from one to another and companies tend to look on the future thru the eyes of the past especially when they were in a mature phase…
